Location and Common Areas
The apartment has been renovated and includes an elevator. It is centrally located, just a 4-5 minute walk to the U-Bahn (U8, U7) and S-Bahn (S42). There are plenty of kiosks and supermarkets (e.g., Kaufland, REWEi Lidl) nearby, along with a pharmacies and restaurants, all within walking distance. Returning home from clubs is easy.
The kitchen is well-equipped.There is also a big hall near kitchen where we hang out, eat etc.We don’t have a dishwasher. There are two fridges (one small, one large—note that the large one is not visible in the photos), which is more than enough for 3 people. There is also a washing machine.
Shared Flat
Creating a pleasant, respectful and friendly environment is very important. We value cleanliness and tidiness, especially in shared areas like the kitchen, bathroom and hall. No strict rules, or any rules like "you cant invite your friends :D " You’ll be sharing the flat with me Boğaç, (male) and Falk (male). I’m from Turkey, 28 years old, and a civil engineer. I’m currently studying for my MBA in Berlin.I’m easy-going and relaxed, and I care about the people around me. If you're into sports, that’s a plus. I speak English, Turkish, and a bit German, so if you speak German, that’s another bonus.
Falk is 25 years old and from Germany. He’s a very easy-going person. We hang out, cook, party together but also value our personal space and time. We are definitely not looking for someone who will use room as a hotel. If you’ve read this far, include the number "44" at the beginning of your message :)
Your Room
The room is 14m² in a 3-person shared WG and comes with a balcony. It is not furnished (only table and chair.) The bed, mirror, wardrobe are not included (to give an idea).So you need your own stuff.
