Hey :) ich vermiete mein Zimmer im genannten Zeitraum unter. Du würdest mit meiner Mitbewohnerin und ihrem Freund sowie deren Hund Aslan zusammen wohnen.
Um unangenehme Überraschungen zu vermeiden, muss ich betonen, dass bei uns im Badezimmer geraucht wird, da wir leider keinen Balkon haben.
Ich haben viele Pflanzen, um die man sich ein wenig kümmern muss. Ansonsten liegt die Wohnung sehr zentral, es gibt viele öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir legen wert auf einen sorgsamen Umgang mit der Wohnung und wünschen uns Leute, die auch auf ein freundliches Nachbarschaftsverhältnis bedacht sind. Schreibt mir gerne ein paar persönliche Worte, wenn das Angebot passend sein sollte :)

I have many plants that require a bit of care. Apart from that, the apartment is very centrally located, with many public transportation options and supermarkets nearby. We value taking good care of the apartment and hope to find someone who also appreciates a friendly relationship with the neighbors.
