15m2 bedroom facing inner hof, furnished with double bed, desk + chair, clothes and shoes rack, mirror and rug, with black our curtain. Bright as it's on 4th floor (no elevator), with afternoon sun.
Large apartment, well lit, ventilated, and quiet.
Chill neighbours.
Really nice area in the middle of everything, but in a quiet street between the canal and Reichenbergerstr (close to cafe La Maison). Several options of supermarkets, spätis, restaurants, bars, yoga studios, etc in walking distance. 10min walking to U8Schönleinstr. and U1Görlitzer, M29 bus stop in 2min. The canal is right at the corner.
You'll be sharing the 90sq/m flat with Tati (Brazil, 42). I work remotely managing a cycling business, yoga/meditation lover, and travel a lot.
I like to keep the common areas clean, washing the dishes after use, keeping the common areas neat, etc. The flat is furnished and fully equipped with appliances, including washing machine and dishwasher. Kitchen, living room and bathroom are shared.
Only for women, 1 person only. No pets, sorry.
