Die Wohnung selbst ist 75 m² groß und bietet zwei Schlafzimmer, eine geräumige Wohnküche, ein Dusch-WC, einen Abstellraum und einen netten Südbalkon.
Das Haus verfügt über eine Tiefgarage mit Fahrradstellplätzen, ein Kellerabteil, Fußbodenheizung und barrierefreien Zugang. Die Miete beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten und die Nutzung der Möbel.

Your 15.5 m² room is fully furnished with a large wardrobe, bed, shelf, desk, chair, sideboard, and lamps. The north-facing window overlooks the street, but thanks to the low building across the way, plenty of daylight still comes in.
The apartment itself is 75 m² and offers two bedrooms, a spacious kitchen-living area, a shower/WC, a storage room, and a nice south-facing balcony.
The building has an underground garage with bicycle parking, a basement storage unit, floor heating, and barrier-free access. The rent includes all utilities and use of the furniture.

Der Wohnblock liegt im Grenzdreieck Prenzlauer Berg, Pankow und Weißensee. Um die Ecke fahren die Tramlinien M2 (zum Alexanderplatz), 12 (Richtung Mitte) und M13 (zur Warschauer Straße). Zur Ringbahn sind es 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder 5 mit der M2. Die Fenster haben eine gute Isolierung, und ich schlafe selbst im Sommer bei offenem Fenster problemlos. Wer jedoch sehr geräuschempfindlich ist, sollte das bedenken.
Zum Alexanderplatz sind es mit der Tram 20 Minuten, und zum Weißen See kommt man in 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder der Tram. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Spätis, Restaurants, und Ärzte sind in direkter Nähe, und Prenzlauer Berg ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar.

The apartment block is located at the intersection of Prenzlauer Berg, Pankow, and Weißensee. Just around the corner, you’ll find tram lines M2 (to Alexanderplatz), 12 (towards Mitte), and M13 (to Warschauer Straße). The Ringbahn is 15 minutes away on foot or 5 minutes by taking the M2. The windows are well insulated, and I have no issues sleeping with the windows open in the summer. However, if you're very sensitive to noise, it’s something to consider.
It’s 20 minutes by tram to Alexanderplatz, and you can reach Weißer See in 15 minutes by bike or tram. There are plenty of shops, late-night stores, restaurants, and doctors nearby, and Prenzlauer Berg is within walking distance.

Ich suche eine ruhige und ordentliche Mitbewohnerin, die sich vegan oder vegetarisch ernährt. Da ich introvertiert bin und viel Zeit zuhause verbringe, ist es mir wichtig, dass unsere WG ein entspannter Rückzugsort bleibt, an dem wir uns beide wohlfühlen können.
