Hello there, we (3 people) are looking for a couple/new flatmate(s) to occupy our largest room. It is already furnished. It has a lounge and a bedroom area, as well as a built-in wardrobe. Also very nice, the room has a private south-facing balcony, very enjoyable in the summer! It's on the second floor, where the bathroom and toilets are located, as well as two other rooms.
Below is the living room with fireplace, the open-plan kitchen the dining room, toilets and the last bedroom. We also have a common balcony and a beautiful garden (a gardener keeps it tidy and nice looking).
Last two big bonuses? The huge attic on the 3rd floor where up to 7 guests can sleep. And parking space free for you to use :)
The house is equipped with everything you need and located in a quiet, green area near a large forest. Public transport is a 5-minute walk away.
Fanny (27) works in pharmaceuticals and begins her PhD, while Daniela (26) is studying sustainability and works part-time as a waitress. Finally myself, Marguerite (30) work as a sustainability consultant. Fanny plays volleyball and loves being outdoors, Daniela likes spontaneous outings and yoga, and I enjoy going to jazz concerts and the theatre, as well as hiking and sailing. Who we're looking for? People who want to stay for the long term and enjoy doing things together. Of course, we also like to withdraw sometimes and respect each other's peace and quiet. If this speaks to you, you are between 25 and 35 years old and have experience of living in a shared flat, write to us!
