My roommate is moving out in December and now I am looking for a new tenant. I am a master's student in Bielefeld university.
The size room is around 13.7 m2, has a huge window facing towards west, from which bright sunlight shines, and the room is spacious for a student to comfortably settle in. In person visit to the room would give a clear impression of how it is.
The kitchen is small, but would be enough to do all the work, and it is also fully equipped with all the necessary things, except a dishwasher.
The building is very near to the university, it is around 500 meters walk from the building to university, and the building is also close to both, bus stop and Tram station, The nearest bus stop is 4 minutes away, and the nearest tram station is 8 to 9 minutes away. To reach Haupt Bahnhof Bielefeld, it takes 5 minutes by tram
The apartment is a student dormitory; therefore, the room can be only rented by university students.
