Sie hat eine große teilüberdachte Dachterasse und einen ausgedehnten Garten nach hinten raus. Es werden 2 benachbarte Zimmer frei (18 qm Schlafzimmer + 21 qm Wohnzimmer). Du kann noch wählen, ob das größere Zimmer in Gemeinschaftsfläche übergehen soll. Dann wird über den Preis noch verhandelt.
Die Gemeinschaftsfläche umfasst eine Küche, Ess/Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher (SKY!), 2 Abstellräume und einen Keller. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Bäder.
