Hey guys,
I am renting my room in the awesome shared flat with my friend Alex (26) since I am still doing my internship. The room is available from 1st of june to 31th of october (5 months). It's furnished like in the pictures with a bed, closet and a desk. Our kitchen is fully equiped so you do not have to bring anything. We also have a two fridges, microwave and a oven. Bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. To make sure that you are really interested please send the code word: pasylex in the message you will send to me. You do not have to pay for electricity, heating or internet - it is included in the rent. We also have a washing machine :)

Everything you need is achievable by 1 min walk! There is a big supermarket, pharmacy, drugstore, ATM, Parcelboxes and Bus station infront of the dorm. The connection to the city is quite good since the bus station is also 1 min by walk. You need around 30 mins to Alexanderplatz and 25 mins to Warschauerstraße. There is also a fitness center 2 floors under the flat which is super nice!
At the dorm, there is a big garden, a volleyball-field and some barbecue places to hang around!
You will live with Alex from Germany (26) who is a super easy flatmate. He is a very friendly and pleasant person. He will respect your privacy if you need but you can also party with him all night which does not mean that you have to be a party person. He studies in the master as me and work as a working student too.
The balcony is one of the best thing of this flat. Espacially in the summer you can have a lot of fun there with barbecue or having a sun bath.
The flat is in a big dormitory with around 600 other students
Furthermore there is a bar in the dorm not far away so you can easily find new people there and having a lot of fun every tuesday and friday.
