The flat is in the Friesdorf area. There are a few supermarkets within walking distance (10 minutes) and there is a tram station (8 minutes walk) that will take you to the city centre in 12 minutes. There are also a few bus stops very nearby and the Rheinaue park is 15 mins by foot.
We are looking for a third person to share our flat from the 1st of November. The room is unfurnished and it's 20 square metres.
You will live with two other people. Martina (26) is a PhD student at the University of Bonn. She studies history and is from Italy. Daniela (27) is also a PhD student in neuroscience and comes from Spain. We both go to work every day and when we get back in the evening we enjoy spending time together, sitting on the terrace and having dinner. We also enjoy our personal space and time. We are looking for someone who is easy going, friendly and enjoys living together.
We like to keep the apartment clean and tidy and have a weekly cleaning schedule. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine - dryer and a dishwasher. The living room has a comfy sofa that can become a bed when we have guests over. There is an extra small room where we keep cleaning products and utensils. Additionally, there is a bike storage room in the building.
