Das möbliertes Zimmer befindet sich in einer zentralen WG in der Bonner Südstadt, direkt an der Poppelsdorfer Allee und nahe dem Poppelsdorfer Schloss. Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist optimal: Der Hauptbahnhof ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, die S-Bahnhaltestellen Poppelsdorfer Allee (8 Minuten), Königstraße und Weberstraße (5 Minuten) sowie die Bushaltestelle Behringsstraße (2 Minuten) sind ebenfalls in der Nähe.
