Hey Future Sublet,
I am AJ, since I am going back to my home country for a long vacation I am offering my room for sublet for approx. 45 Days. I am looking for nice, clean and responsible person who fits well within the Flatshare. You will be sharing the room with my lovely roommates Haya and Alessio. The room is about 20 square meters in L-shape, so it has enough space to accomodate your stuff for this short stay.
The price of the listed rent includes everything: base rent, electricity/water/gas, internet, and GEZ fees.
Regarding the furnishings: It fully furnished and ofcourse I will pack and box all of my stuff so you have enough space to unpack and relax. I would still leave behind my TV and Firestick so you have some entertainment.
Prime Location: Situated just behind a cinema and a 6-minute walk to Bad Godesberg city center.
Excellent Public Transport Access: 3-minute walk to the tram. 7-minute walk to Bad Godesberg train station. 3-4 minute walk to the nearest bus stop.
Recreational Perks: A 10-15 minute walk to the Rhine.
Charming Residential Street: Decorated and patterned facades. Student-friendly with several shared apartments.
One practical feature of the apartment is that the toilet room and the shower room are two separate spaces, so we've never had to wait long for each other. Our kitchen is well-equipped and, aside from a dishwasher, has pretty much everything you need and even includes a sofa. It also serves as the central meeting point of the WG (shared apartment) when we want to come together or eat/drink together.
You would be sharing the apartment with Haya (24) and Alessio (26). Both are versatile and friendly roommates. In the past, we often did things together like movie nights or going out to the beach. It would be great if you are also sociable, adventurous, and interested in having a friendly living environment. But, of course, everyone in the WG has their own life, studies/work, and needs, so you can also just retreat and do your own thing.
It is also especially important to us that you are LGBTQIA+ friendly and do not hold anti-Palestinian views. It would be important for you to be able to speak English, as this is mainly spoken within the WG.
About Haya: She is 24 years old, studying for her Master's in North American Studies at the University of Bonn, enjoys yoga, painting, and often cooks or bakes various treats. Haya often studies from home and is always up for a chat in the hallway or kitchen. She also speaks Arabic and English.
About Alessio: He is 26 years old, doing his PhD at University of Bonn. He enjoys bouldering, cycling and hiking. He usually works from the Uni and likes to socialize. He is from Italy and primarily speaks English.
I have always gotten along very well with both of them, and I am sure you will too if you decide to join our WG :)!
