There are plenty of beautiful plants, a sink, a grill, a toaster, a brand new fridge with freezer, a boiler, Microwave, and the freestanding Induction cooktop.

This part of our residential district is in the east residential area of Bolzano city.
The apartment is located 2 km from the train station and Historical city center(UNIBZ), 1 km from the Eurac Research center, and 1 km from the NOI Research Center.
For our free time: our apartment is not far away from Mountain "Kohlern" (a 1-hour steep walk) with a beautiful forest, plenty of trekking paths, and the Haselburg Castle. Hiking up to the beautiful Eggental Valley(4 hours), u can even reach the area of Obereggen, for those who are sporty!
We have free bikes suitable for you.

I'm Italian but I also speak German (I studied in Germany a few years ago, it is far from perfect but I understand mostly everything and I'd like to learn it again) and I am also fluent in English and Spanish.
I will be working full time 4 and a half day, the rest of the time I have deep interests in music (playing and listening), arts, reading and I enjoy many outdoor activities.

--> Toni (Italian, some basic German), a calm old man who spends afternoons caring for the plants on the Terrace, doing DIY projects with wood, or repairing bicycles. When he is not working on something, he follows MotoGP or F1 and the news on the TV. He smokes in the living room.
