The double bedroom is approximately 17 m2 and the single bedroom is 9 m2. The two rooms are rented on a long-term basis to a two people (740€ monthly) or a single person (650€ monthly) inclusive of condominium expenses, water and heating. It is mandatory to take the 2 rooms together, be it as a single person, a couple or 2 friends.
Electricity and rubbish are the only extra expenses.
The room is rented unfurnished but it is possible to buy the already existing furnitures (bed frame, wardrobe, shelf).
Excellent location! The flat is located in the historical centre of Bolzano in via dei Vanga, 2 min walk from Piazza delle Erbe, 5 min from piazza Walther and the Talvera park (excellent for running or relaxing walking after work), 10 min walk from the train station, with shops just around the corner for anything you need.
I am looking for one or more person with whom I can share dinners and good chats after work at home from time to time. The ideal flatmate is quiet, and a nature lover person, willing to take good care of the flat (keeping it clean!). Please notice that this is not a party house. :)
The apartment consists of two double rooms, a studio, a bathroom, a kitchen and a cellar. It is centrally located and in excellent conditions, with windows and shutters just changed. Bathroom and kitchen are already furnished (90 euros are requested for the furniture already present).
If you need to move in a bit before the 1st of February, it is also possible.
