Auf dich wartet ein Bett mit Matratze, eine Kommode, ein Regal, ein Jackenständer, ein Tisch und ein Stuhl.
Das Bad ist durch ein großes Fenster super hell und enthält eine Waschmaschine.
Von der Küche aus gelangst du zum langen Balkon.
Da dieser zum Innenhof liegt, kann man hier entspannt die Sonne genießen.
Es handelt sich nicht um einen Neubau und wurde auch nicht in den letzten Jahren saniert. Dennoch hat sie vor allem durch Lage, den großen Balkon und den schönen Boden ihren Charme.

Die Wohnung liegt in zweiter Reihe, wodurch es schön ruhig ist.
Dennoch musst du quasi nur aus der Haustür raus und bist innerhalb von 1 Minute an der Talfer und innerhalb von 5-10 Gehminuten in der Innenstadt/ an der Uni.
Eine Bushaltestelle erreichst du ebenfalls von einer Minute.
Zu Aldi oder Spar fährt man mit dem Fahrrad 5 Minuten. Nur 1 Minute von der Wohnung hast du jedoch mehrere Pizzerien, einen Kiosk, mehrere Vinotheken und einen Dönermann.

The apartment is located in the second row, which makes it nice and quiet.
Nevertheless, you only have to leave the front door and within 1minute you are at the Talfer and within 5 minutes walking you reach the city center / the university.
You can also reach a bus stop within a minute.
To Aldi or Spar you can go by bike in 4 minutes. Only 1minute from the apartment you have several pizzerias, a kiosk, several vinotheques and a kebab place.
Auf dich warten drei super liebe Mitbewohnerinnen, die an der Uni Bozen studieren und fließend Englisch sprechen. Darunter befinden sich 2 Italiernerinnen und 1 deutsche Mitbewohnerin. In der WG herrscht ein sehr respektvoller Umgang miteinander.
