This beautiful, bright room will be free from around the beginning of april! The room is really spacious and has a lot of light. It is connected to a big private balcony, facing a courtyard with some beautiful big trees and a view on two hills. The balcony is facing north/east so there is a lot of sun in the morning and in the spring/summer the sunrays will fill the room.
I cultivated many plants in the room and on the balcony and there is the option that i leave the vegetable and herbal beds on the balcony, for further cultivation. Therefore i would kind of like to give over the room to somebody that is interested in in cultivating and continuing what i started.
The apartment is about 4 min by foot away from the university. It´s right next to the Museion ( contemporary art museum) and the Talvera ( the river running through Bozen). The next supermarket is about 3 min away.
We are four people living in the apartment. Rindra (45), Francis (27) and Ekaterina (25). We are a very multi- cultural appartment, coming from Ghana, Madagascar and Russia and me from Austria. You can sense that through the many different spices and smells in the air, from the diverse recipes that are cooked every day,
At the moment, the apartment feels more like 'ZWECKS-WG', where there is not a lot of community or shared activities. Everybody lives in his or her own rhythm and try to commit to the general duties and tasks of the shared living spaces.
Apartment:
We have two toilet, a living room and also a larder.
I would leave some furniture, like my bed, a book shelf and a Sofa for which i ask for 100 Euros redemeption.
