Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und hell. Ich würde dir gerne folgende Möbel gegen einen fairen Abschlag (175€) übergeben: Schrank, Couchtisch, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Bett (200x140cm, inklusive Matratze), sowie wenn möglich auch die Schlafcouch (auch inklusive Matratze).
Das Zimmer ist zur Hauptstraße hin gerichtet, trotz der gegenüberliegenden Schule und der verkehrenden Straßenbahn ist der Lärm aber sehr gering.

The room is very spacious and bright. I would be happy to give you the following furniture for a fair price (175€): wardrobe, coffee table, desk, desk chair, bed (200x140cm, mattress included), and if possible also the sofa bed (mattress included).
The room faces the main road, but despite the school opposite and the tram running, the noise is very low.
Die Wohnung liegt im vierten Obergeschoss, einen Fahrstuhl gibt es leider nicht. Dafür ist der Weg zum Bäcker allerdings nicht so weit, er befindet sich direkt neben dem Hauseingang.
Zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle sind es ca. 100 Meter Fußweg, zum Hauptbahnhof braucht man mit der Bahn 5 Minuten, zu Fuß etwa 15.
Supermärkte sind in alle Himmelsrichtungen in 5-10 Minuten erreichbar, etwa 400 Meter vom Haus entfernt befindet sich außerdem der Löwenwallpark.

The flat is on the fourth floor, unfortunately there is no lift. However, it is not too far to the bakery, which is right next to the entrance.
The tram stop is about 100 metres away on foot, the main train station takes 5 minutes by train and about 15 minutes on foot.
Supermarkets can be reached in all directions in 5-10 minutes, and the Löwenwallpark is about 400 metres from the house.
Deine neuen beiden Mitbewohner sind Max und Rachna. Max studiert Umweltwissenschaften an der TU. Er macht gerne Radtouren, fährt gerne Kanu und geht gerne auf Festivals. Rachna arbeitet bei der EEW in Helmstedt. Sie geht gerne ins Gym, geht gern Wandern und liebt es zu Reisen.
Ab und zu gehen wir gerne auch mal Spazieren oder sitzen zusammen in der Küche und quatschen.
Die WG hat einen Putzplan, etwa alle zwei Wochen werden Küche, Bad und Flur im Wechsel gesäubert.
Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden.
Musikhören und Tanzen sind kein Problem, so lange es nicht bis früh morgens der Fall ist 😁

Your new flatmates are Max and Rachna. Max studies environmental sciences at the TU. He likes cycling tours, canoeing and going to festivals. Rachna works at EEW in Helmstedt. She likes going to the gym, hiking and travelling.
Every now and then we like to go for a walk or sit together in the kitchen and chat.
We have a cleaning schedule, so the kitchen, bathroom and hallway are cleaned every one to two weeks.
There is a dishwasher and washing machine.
Listening to music and dancing are no problem, as long as it is not until early in the morning 😁
