ich suche ab sofort eine oder einen nachmieter/in für mein schönes, helles wg zimmer mit dielenboden und großem fenster zum hof raus...
da sich unsere wg zum 30 juli hin auflöst habt ihr die möglichkeit hier dann eine neue wg zu gründen, auch wenn mein zimmer nicht sooo groß ist, der rest der wohnung ist super groß, es gibt 3 weitere zimmer jeweils um die 20 - 25 qm groß, einen langen flur, eine große küche zwei balkone und im ganzen haus wohnen nur wg`s also man kann auch mal lauter sein....die miete für das zimmer beträgt mit allem 220€ (internet, nebekosten,heizung, strom), die ganze wohnung 880€, ca. 220€ pro person.
