The apartment is located in the Ground Floor of a 3-floor building, deposit space available, bicycles space and parking space. Big kitchen with electric stove and oven, refrigerator and dining table.
The room has a lot of space, high ceilings, many natural light, and big windows.
It is unfurnished, but has a double bed.

The nearest bus stop is 2 min away and the Central Station (Hauptbahnhof) is 10 min away walking. There is a Netto and a Bio-Market in a walking distance and the city center is also in walking distance. Very central location!
There is also a bowling place, a gym and good restaurants and bars near the building.
Only one female flatmate from Panama, Master's student in the process of writing thesis, friendly, likes music, dancing and Hispano-american literature. No problem with parties once in a while, good cook, clean and organized.
