ich suche einen Mitbewohnerin, der*die ab dem 1. April einziehen kann.
Ich bin eine koreanische Studentin und studiere an der HfK.
Unsere WG ist eine 2er-WG (inklusive mir) und liegt etwa 20 Minuten von der HfK entfernt. Die Wohnung hat eine Küche, ein Wohnzimmer, zwei Zimmer und einen kleinen Garten (der allerdings etwas Pflege braucht!).
Die Warmmiete beträgt 450€. Rauchen und Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt.

I’m a Korean female student currently studying at HfK.
Our flat is a 2-person shared apartment (including me) and is located about 20 minutes from HfK. It has a kitchen, a living room, two rooms, and a small garden (which needs some care, though!).
