 There are still 1/3 rooms available in my new shared flat.
One room is about 12 m², the other is about 19 m² and has its own balcony.
The apartment is super nice, completely renovated and first-time occupancy. Everything is really there, including most of the furniture for your room.
Both rooms are south-facing and really bright.
The smaller room also faces south and is small, but offers a good layout and enough space for a desk, a bed and a large closet.
The bathroom is also completely new. The kitchen is a fitted kitchen with all accessories. Just what you need. Both are ideal for someone who either wants to stay for the long term or is perhaps only looking for a room for 3 months. You don't really need to bring anything with you, you can move in straight away.
All costs such as internet, electricity and heating are already included in the price. So there's nothing extra, even if you use more electricity. 

The apartment is in Schönbeinstraße 4, from here you can really walk to the train station of line 4 within 2 minutes or catch the express bus to the main station in 1 minute. So you are in 10 minutes at the university.
A Rewe supermarket is also a 3-minute walk away, as is a very good bakery. 

The flat share is newly founded, so it depends on you how life in the flat share goes.
About your flatmate:
She is 22 years old and studies here in Bremen. She is a really nice young woman who is looking forward to having a new flatmate.
At the moment, as the landlord, I am taking care of the new tenancy, but I will involve her and, for the third person, you as well, in deciding who will move into the shared flat. At her request, the flat share will be an all-female flat share. If that's okay with you, please get in touch.
