PLUS 44m2 rießen Wohnzimmer, mit Kickertisch, rießen Sofas(Platz für 12 Leute), Tisch und TV Tisch....lassen wir gerne alles da;)
Küche ist Komplett, mit Einrichtung(ausser Spülmaschiene, aber hat ganz gut ohne funktioniert)
Bad mit Badewanne:)
Großen Flur, wo man alle Zimmer separat erreicht.
1.OG Plus Kellerraum
Die Gesamte Wohnung haben wir zu dritt bewohnt, also 3 Zimmer Plus Wohnzimmer. Und haben alle mit allen Nebenkosten, Strom, Inet etc....260 Euro bezahlt. Wie ihr das macht ist euch überlassen, könnt natürlich kleines Zimmer bissl günstieger, großes bissl teurer machen.
Die Zimmer sind natürlich komplett leer.
Für die anderen Sachen, finden wir bestimmt bei nem Bierchen ne Lösung;)
