Haus WG Neustadt // Zimmer frei ab Januar
Ein Haus in der Neustadt mit zwei Terrassen und einem kleinen Garten voller netter Menschen hat ab Januar 2016 ein freies Zimmer.
Hier leben 2 weiblich + 6 männlich sozialisierte Menschen, zwischen 21 und 40, Studierende, Vollzeit Arbeitende, Jobbende und Schüler*innen. Wir finden uns gerne irgendwo im Haus zusammen und sind auch mal für uns allein. Gerne wird auch mal zusammen gekocht, gegessen, geredet und geraucht, je nachdem wie die Bedürfnisse sind und wie es passt.
Im Haus, das über 3 Etagen plus Souterrain geht, gibt es außer der Terrassen und dem Garten 2 Bäder, 2 separate Klos, einen Dachboden und eine relativ große Küche, in die wir alle rein passen.
Das Zimmer ist im 2. Stock, ruhig, 13 m2 groß, hell und kostet 218 Euro/Monat inkl. Allem.

Shared House in Neustadt // Sublease from January
A house in the district called Neustadt with two terraces and a small garden full of nice people has one free room from january 2016.
There‘re 2 female and 6 male socialised persons between 21 and 40 living here. Students, full-time workers, jobbers, pupils, searchers. We like to share time somewhere in the house as well as being on our own. Some things we buy together, others everyone for her_himself. Some people come together and share their food. Sometimes we cook together, sometimes everyone for her_himself. Depending on our needs are and wheter it fits.
In the house, which has 3 floors plus souterrain, there are also 2 bathrooms, 2 seperate toilets, an attic and a relatively big kitchen, in which all of us fit.
The free room is on the second floor, 13 sqm big, light and costs 218 euro per month all inclusive.
