This is a cozy room with a balcony (lucky you). A big window is there for sunlight. The furniture is included, but if you want to bring your own furniture that will also work. The room is right next to the kitchen. This room has white flooring which blends well with the white walls and cupboard.
The room is available from 1st November, 2024. You have to be a student in Bremen to apply to this room.
About Apartment:
This is a shared 3-room student apartment. The apartment looks cozy and is on the second floor. It includes a Kitchen with all the amenities, a store room, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. We like to keep our apartment clean as it is a medium size apartment and can get messy if we don’t clean and manage it.
The kitchen is our discussion area where we discuss about the funny and serious stuff going on in the world.
The apartment is in the best location you can get in Bremen. It has tram line no. 4 just 2 min away by walking and tram line no. 6 at 5min walking distance (So you will never be late due to that). The best part is that the apartment is close to nature. The river area is just next to our street. You can do picnics, biking, swimming, enjoy the sunset in summers and many more activities.
The University campus is 25 min away with tram line no. 6 and Hochschule is just 10 min away by walking. City center is also 5 min by tram or you can take a walk also. Also, Supermarket is just 3 min by walk.
Kapil is 29 years old who comes from India. He works as a research scientist. He likes to travel, doing photography, reading books and sketching.
Sofía is 22 years old and is studying business. Her hobbies are running, crafting and going out with friends. :)
