Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Peterswerder in der Nähe des Weserstadions. Die Grünanlagen der Weser sind in 5 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar, ideal zum Laufen oder Rad fahren. In direkter Nachbarschaft Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés und Restaurant, 10 min in die Innenstadt.
Die Grundfläche der Etage beträgt 55 Quadratmeter. Es werden 2 Zimmer (Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer), 1 Badezimmer, Abstellraum und eine Wohnküche angeboten. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert (Doppelbett 160*200cm, Schrank und Kommode, Sofa, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Waschmaschine, voll ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Herd, Induktionskochfeld, Mikrowelle, schnelle W-LAN Verbindung).
Pauschalmiete mit Strom, Internet und allen Nebenkosten für 726 Euro. Nichtraucherwohnung. Keine Haustiere. Eine Monatsmiete Kaution.
Die 2 Zimmer, Badezimmer, Küche und Abstellraum sind privat für den Untermieter nutzbar. Gelegentlich Zugang zu den Räumen über den gemeinsamen Flur erforderlich. Dies erfolgt aber nur nach Rücksprache mit dem Untermieter.

The apartment is located in Bremen close to the Weserstadion (Verdenerstraße). The River and its green area is 5 minutes walking distance and perfect for a running or cycling.
A big supermarket is nearby, as well as restaurants, bars and other little shops. 10 min to the city center.
The apartment of about 55 square meters is in the basement and has its own entrance. There are 2 rooms (bedroom with a double bed 160*200 cm and bedding and a living room), bathroom, fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven and microwave) and a storage room and washing machine. High speed WIFI.
The rent is 726 Euro per Month with WIFI and all other costs included. No extra costs. We take a deposit of one month rent. No smoking or pets.
Bathroom,Kitchen and the two rooms will only be used by you.
