I'm going on an Erasmus semester starting February 1st until July 31st and I'd like to sublet my room in my Neustadt-WG for this period. The room is fully furnished with a queen-sized bed, a wardrobe, an armchair, a clothing rack, a mirror, a desk, and a desk chair. I'll be taking most of my things with me so you could use the furniture for storage :) There's always lots of sun in the room, it's very cozy with a beautiful ceiling stucco.
The apartment has four rooms, so you would have three roommates who are super sweet! We share a kitchen, a spacious bathroom, a living room, and a balcony. There's a washing machine and a dishwasher in the apartment. It's on the third floor (second if you count EG).
The house is in the heart of the city and has great logistics. The nearest tram stop is around 3 minutes away, and with that it takes just 5 minutes to get to the city center, 10 to Hochschule, and 30 to Uni. There are lots of different grocery stores around like Penny, Rewe, and Edeka. The Weser is very close by foot and it's a beautiful place to take a walk or ride your bike on a sunny day.
There are currently 4 people in the shared apartment, but since I am away for Erasmus, our shared apartment is looking for an open-minded, nice tenant for the period that I will be gone. You would have three super super nice roommates who are currently doing their Bachelor's at the Uni.
There are no additional costs for the electricity, water, or wifi.
