Das WG-Zimmer liegt direkt im Viertel (Wielandstraße Ecke Schweizer Straße). Größe ca. 18,5 qm2, Hochparterre, 1. Mitbewohner 68 Jahre Musiklehrer (Vermieter), 2. Mitbewohnerin (55 Jahre) Bahnbegleiterin. Zur Möblierung gehören ein Schreibtisch, Stühle, Sessel, Regale und ein kleiner Schubladenschrank (s. Fotos). Anfang 2024 wurden ein neues IKEA Schlafsofa, ein Kleiderschrank sowie ein Bett mit neuer Matratze ergänzt. Diese Möbel müssten für 350,- € vom Vormieter übernommen werden. Die Komplettmiete inkl. Strom und Heizung beträgt 350,- €.
Das WG-Zimmer liegt direkt im Viertel (Wielandstraße Ecke Schweizer Straße). Sehr gute ÖPNV-Anbindung.
1. Mitbewohner 68 Jahre Musiklehrer (Vermieter), 2. Mitbewohnerin (55 Jahre) Bahnbegleiterin. Ab und zu wird zusammen gekocht, ist aber kein Muss.
