My flatmate is moving out, and his room in our shared apartment near Bruchsal Bahnhof will be available soon. We are looking for a new tenant to join our friendly WG.

Location: Near Bruchsal Bahnhof (2 minutes walk)
Room Size: 18 sqm
Rent: 415 warm
Deposit: 400
The room has an attached balcony which can be directly accessed from the room. No other rooms are connected to the balcony.
👥 About the WG:
We are a friendly and easygoing WG of four people:
JK (M,25) – Working at SAP
Ashwini (F,28) & Sandeep (M,28) – Working students at SAP
Tim (M,19) – Student
We work in a hybrid model, so some of us are home during the day while others are at the office. Our WG has a great mix of work and social life—we love to cook together, explore nearby places, and often have great conversations in the common area (We have a very big living room) about anything and everything. At the same time, we also respect each other’s privacy when needed.
We take pride in keeping our kitchen and restrooms (bath area & toilet) clean and well-maintained. Common expenses like washing soap and other shared household items are split among us.
The flat has a 250mbps DSL connection, Microwave Oven, OTG, Dish Washer Vacuum Cleaner and Fridge
We’re looking for a flatmate who enjoys a friendly and clean living environment and would love to be part of our small community. 😊

Ashwini (28) & Sandeep (28) – Werkstudenten bei SAP
Tim (19) – Student
Wir arbeiten im Hybrid-Modell, daher sind einige von uns tagsüber zu Hause, während andere im Büro sind. Unsere WG ist eine Mischung aus Arbeit und geselligem Miteinander – wir kochen gerne zusammen, erkunden die Umgebung und haben oft interessante Gespräche im großen Wohnzimmer über alles Mögliche. Gleichzeitig respektieren wir aber auch unsere Privatsphäre.
Wir legen großen Wert auf Sauberkeit in der Küche und in den Bädern (Duschbereich & Toilette). Gemeinsame Ausgaben, wie z. B. Spülmittel und andere Haushaltsartikel, teilen wir fair untereinander auf.
Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit 250 Mbit/s DSL, einer Mikrowelle, einem OTG, Dish Washer, einem Staubsauger und einem Kühlschrank.
Wir suchen einen **freundlichen und ordentlichen Mitbewohnerin**, der/die sich in einer harmonischen WG wohlfühlt. 😊
