We have a house with 5 flats. All the flats are rented to young european students that are doing an internship or traineeship at one of the european institutions. The address is 123 rue de theux, Ixelles
They are all between 20 and 30 years old.
The house is very well situated, at only 15 min walking from the european parlement and commission. And they are a lot of connections with bus and tram near the house.
This is a very nice area for young people because there are lot of pubs and restaurants with a lot of international people, mainly around Place Flagey and Place Jourdan which are very near from the house.
The rent of the room is all charges included (WIFI, electricity, water...).
The free room is with shared bathroom in a renovated flat
There is also a wooden terrace for the ones who like to stay outdoors .
There's also a washing machine and dryer in the house for the tenants. (15 euro a month )
We 're looking for tenants who are staying minimum 6 months until end of august or longer and only students here allowed
We only ask a deposit of one month rent for reserving a room to be payed on a Belgian bank account number

The 2 months warranty has to be paid the day before arrival and checking in your room !!!
