I am subletting my room from mid-March / beginning of April to the end of August; duration can be negotiated. More info below:
What: Furnished bedroom (15m²) with additional walk-in closet in a bright and newly renovated 3-bedroom duplex (~ 200m²).
When: Available from 20.03 / 09.04. until 31.08. (flexible).
Where: Close to the Parc de Forêt (Forest/Saint-Gilles), well connected by public transport (97 and 81 trams) and close to supermarkets, bakeries, cafés as well as a lively cultural program (Theatre de l’Improviste, La Tricoterie, Pianofabriek, Wiels etc.)
Essentials: Washing machine, dishwasher and fully equipped kitchen; especially for those who love to cook:) You would be sharing a bathroom with my wonderful roommate, Onur, which includes two sinks, a bathtub, and plenty of storage space.
The monthly rent is EUR 770 – including water, common charges, Wi-Fi and cleaning person (2 x / months).
The pictures attached are a bit outdated; the apartment is quite colorful with paintings, plants and other decoration. If interested, we can send more pictures and organise a videocall/visit. You would be sharing the apartment with beloved Arthur and Onur and would be in the best hands; our way of living together is quite lively, hence we often go out (museum/theatre/bar) or love slow Sundays where the biggest questions are "when to eat what".
