Darum Du, meine neue Mitbewohnerin hast viel mehr Ruhe als in einer anderen 2er WG Wohnung.
I will use in this etage only the part of kitchen from time to time.
You may use a common refrieserator + your own frego.
My sleeping room and office are in other etage.
3 young students and 1 professional person are living in the 3rd and 4th floor of this house as colocating person(in German WG). All these 4 young people are very nice, friendly, cooperative and hilfsbereit. You may use their common kitchen and dining room in 3rd floor additionaly as you want.
Please introduce yourself in case you are interested, with some details about your person; smoking/nonsmoking, faculty/ branch of your study/job, wished renting period.

It is not perfect flat, but very convinient with public transport( metro 1, 2, 5, 6 + some bus) and with a very low renting price!!!
