We have a house with 3 flats.
All the flats are rented to young european student or trainee that are doing an internship or traineeship at one of the european institutions. The address is 35 Philippe Le Bon , 1000 Brussels ( in the center of the european quarter ).
The house is very well situated, at only 5 min walking from the european parlement and commission. And they are a lot of connections with bus and metro near the house.
This is a very nice area for young people because there are lot of pubs and restaurants with a lot of international people, mainly around square Marie Louise which is very near to the house.
The rent of the room is charges included (monthly provision of 60 euro for WIFI, electricity, water, heating ...).
The rent is 795 eruo in cas eyou stay one year and in case you stay for only 5-6 months we charge a montly supplement of 35 euro .
There's a washing machine and dryer in the flat at the disposal tenants .
We're looking for a new tenant who will stay minimum untill end of august 2025 or longer .
I can organise a visit at place or online visit during a whatsapp video call if requested .
A video of the room can also be transferred on whatsapp .
We only ask an account of one month rent for reserving a room to be payed on a Belgian bank account number
IBAN BE 57 (siehe unten) in the name of Huysegoms - De Leeuw
The warranty is 2 months rent and has to be paid the day before arrival and checking in your room !!!
There is an inventory done by an expertise office and the costs is dived between the tenant and landlord
