25 sqm room (separately locked with own/private key) in a students' flat ( 3rd floor, elevator, looking at BME University garden and at the river Danube) to rent for a non-smoker student for a semester (for 5 months). 1 min walk to M4 underground, 1-2 minutes to tram stops of 19, 41, 47, 49, 56 and bus stops of 7 and 133E! BME just the next door! Corvinus, ELTE, Pazmany and Moholy-Nagy universities, food shops, restaurants, exhibition rooms and the downtown are nearby. Wifi Internet connection, fully equipped kitchen. 6-7 min walk to tram 6 (night traffic).
390 €/month rent including costs and utilities: "all inclusive"! Available from 2 February 2025. There are 4 separated nice, furnished bedrooms in the flat of 101 sqm with 2 bathrooms, available for students only.
150+150€ as caution is necessary. Wifi in the rooms + 500 Mbit cable Internet (Vodafone) in the lobby.

The flat was renewed and - mostly - newly furnitured 8 years earlier. Equipped: • common lobby area: Internet wifi router, CRT TV set, 1st refrigerator, lobby desk with 4 chairs. • Kitchen: equipped (grill/gas and microwave oven, washmachine, dishwasher, 2nd refrigerator, toaster, cupboards with cups, plates, etc. ). • bathroom with a shower and toilet • 2nd bathroom with a bathtub and toilet • 3rd guest's toilet with lavatory . The bedrooms are separable and private locked each.
It is in Buda: cafés, galleries outlook to the BME "K" building, BME garden, the river Duna and Corvinus univ. BME entry/gate is next door.
Quite quarter, Security is more reliable than in Pest. To Corvinus University you have walk to cross the Danube through the bridge Szabadsag 1 min to the building.

Budapest centrum is nearby. Outlook to the Danube from the window.
Three students from has already interested in another 3 rooms for the next semester. There are 4 rooms for 4 students.
Smoking is forbidden in the flat and in the whole buildiing, too.
Flatmates are from the EU countries regarding the pandemic situation.
You get your room in a clean and disinfected state. You have to clean your room on your own. Cleaning the common premises shared by the tenants according to their special agreement.
Cleaning and cleaning materials are not included in the rent, however, there are starter sets for washing powder, dishwasher and for toilet papers.
The building is an old one (more than 100 years old) with open corridors around an internal yard. Our neighbors hate noisy parties that sounds loudly in the closed internal yard.
Parking is difficult and the fee is 600 Ft/hour on workdays between 8am 22pm. You may rent a bike in front of hotel Gellért, 1 min to the flat.
