Central room available for rent 🙂 The apartment is located between Astoria and Deák Ferenc tér, with several public transport options.
The flat is located on the 5th floor, with beautiful panorama to the city center. There are 3 rooms, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. The flat is quiet and peaceful, but you can stay close to everything you may need: main attractions, supermarkets, drogeries, bakeries, groceries, restaurants and bars. The room is recently painted, furnished and has an AC as well for warmer days! :)
The flatmates can be your friends also, since we will have another room in this apartment from ~1th of February, in case you are looking for a flat where you could move with a friend.
The tenants of the room will leave because of the end of the university. For the request of the remaining tenant we are looking for girl/s only.
We pay attention to find tenants, who are easy to get on well with, and at the same time respectful and organized girls.
Potential start of lease:
-from the date of availability (1th of Jan or during Jan, can be 1th of February 2025)
