The flat is located at Oktogon, close to the universities and major metro (1/3) and tram lines (4/6) in the heart of the city with pubs and movies.
There are three bedrooms and one living room in the flat. Two of the bedrooms are smaller (12 m2 + gallery with bed 5 m2) and one bigger 22 m2.
BIGGER ROOM: There are two beds in the bigger room. The rent for the bigger room (22m2) is 390 Euro plus utilities.
SMALLER ROOMS: The rent is 260 Euro for the smaller rooms (12m2 + gallery 5m2).
The prices are considering at least 5-6 months rental contract.
