Excellent location in the heart of Budapest, a few minutes from Oktogon, the Opera House, and Andrassy Avenue, the popular street of Budapest. Many tourist attractions, restaurants, and bars are nearby, yet the rooms are facing a calmer street. Most Universities are close, thanks to the well-connected public transportation (metro, tram, and bus).

All the rooms are available from 1st February 2025, and the minimum rental term is 5 months, a full academic semester. A longer rental term may also be possible, but not shorter!
2 monthly security deposit is required, payable after arriving and signing the contract.

- There is one shared bathroom with a toilet and another separate toilet in the flat

- Electronics and appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer (clothes dryer), LCD television, HDMI cable, vacuum cleaner, etc. (all of them for common use)

- Only for non-smokers: smoking is prohibited in the entire flat and building
