The flat is located right by Kalvin Square in the center of Budapest. Easily accessible public transportation (metro M3, metro M4, tram 47,48,49, airport bus and many more only a few minutes walk away).

+ utilities to add: 1/4 part of the total consumption, around 50 EUR/month/person (based on a yearly average), including gas, electricity, water, common costs, and Internet.
All the rooms are available from 1st February 2025, and the minimum rental term is 5 months, a full academic semester. Another rental term may also be possible, but not shorter!
