da mein Erasmus Snester leider bald endet suche ich eine neue Person, die mein schönes Zimmer übernehmen möchte!
Das Zimmer ist vollständig ausgestattet mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Kleiderschrank und Regal.
Die Wohnung hat 2 Badezimmer, ein Wohnzimmer und eine riesige Küche, die perfekt ausgestattet ist.☺️

I am searching for a new person to live in this nice appartment, since my Erasmus semester is coming to an end!
The Room is fully equiped with bed, desk, chair, wardrobe and a shelf, so it has everything you need for living.
The appartment has 2 bathrooms, a living room and a very big kitchen, that is perfectly equipped.☺️
Die Metro und Straßenbahn Haltestelle ist in nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Innerhalb von 6-7 Minuten kann man zu einem Lidl, Müller, Dm und Spar laufen. Die meisten Unis sind auch sehr gut entweder zu Fuß oder mit der Bahn erreichbar. Direkt ums Eck gibt es auch einige nette Restaurants und einen kleinen Park mit Jogging Strecke.
The Metro and Tram Station Rakoczi Ter is only 2 minutes away and also a small Spar. Within 6-7 minutes you can reach Lidl, Müller, Dm and a big Spar. Most universities are very easy reachable by foot or with the metro. Around the corner are also some nice restaurants and a little park with a running track.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner wären Lara (19) studiert Tiermedizin, Elli (22) studiert Psychologie und Lukas (22) studiert Medizin.
There are three students living in here. Lara (19) studies Vet medicine, Elli (22) studies Psychology and Lukas (22) studies Medicine.
In der Miete von 440€ sind alle Kosten enthalten. Außerdem sind in dem Zimmer Bettbezüge, zwei Bettdecken, Kissen und Handtücher, die alle kostenlos übernommen werden lönnen.
Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit länger als August zu bleiben oder schon im Januar einzuziehen.
The rent of 440€ includes all costs. There are also bedsheets, two blankets and towels provided.
It is also possible to stay longer than August or to already move in in January.
