Hello everyone,
I am currently looking for a nice roommate for a flat share in Calw-Stammheim only temporary. I (Priyanka) will be out from 20 October 2023 until 26 November 2023. For this time period I wanted to sublet my room. Exact date for moving in, we can discuss on WhatsApp or call. It can be adjustable for whole two month or specific time period.The house is in a quiet location and is well equipped.
A 12 m² large, fully furnished room with its own terrace is available for rent. It costs €425/month including utilities.
The room is in a beautiful, well-appointed family home with a garden. The common area includes another 100 m². Here you will find an open kitchen (incl. dishwasher and coffee machine), a large living and dining area (incl. Smart TV, Netflix, etc.), a fireplace room and a sunny terrace for barbecue evenings together.
There is also a washer-dryer, a pantry, sufficient storage space for everyone and various garden tools.
Flat share life should be relaxed. I look forward to joint cooking or barbecue evenings, but everyone should also have their freedom when they need peace and quiet.
Hobby gardeners can also let off steam in the existing garden.
It is important to us that the future roommates have a sense of order and also help with the housework.
It is a 3-person flat share. Kai (39) and Julia (33) continue to live in the house and I will be out from 20 October 2023 until 26 November 2023.
With my flatmates, a lot revolves around bouldering/climbing! They would be happy if you have similar interests. Joint bouldering weekends or training sessions are regularly on the program. Climbers are not welcome either ;)
