Die Wohnung befindet sich in Chammünster, ca. 4 km von Cham entfernt. Im Haus wohnen im Obergeschoss eine Familie und eine weitere WG mit aktuell drei Auszubildenden und Studenten.
Die Wohnung selbst ist im Untergeschoss und wurde 2021 renoviert. Die Gemeinschaftsküche (ca. 16 qm) ist neu und voll ausgestattet mit Tellern, Töpfen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher usw. Sie dient auch als Aufenthaltsraum mit Tischen, Stühlen und Sofa. Zusätzlich gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner im separaten Waschkeller. Ein Parkplatz vor dem Haus kann bei Bedarf reserviert werden.
Alle Zimmer haben ein Bett, Regale, Schreibtisch, Schrank und einen eigenen Zugang zur gemeinsamen Terrasse. Die Zimmer sind jeweils mit eigener Dusche und Toilette ausgestattet.
Aktuell kann ab Februar 2025 Zimmer #1 gemietet werden. Die Miete ist inklusive Nebenkosten und die Kaution beläuft sich auf zwei Monatsmieten. Internet ist im Mietpreis enthalten. Die Mindestmietlaufzeit beträgt sechs Monate und es gilt die gesetzliche Kündigungsfrist vor Auszug von drei Monaten.
Besichtigungen sind nach Vereinbarung persönlich oder auch online z.B. per WhatsApp möglich. Gerne beantworte ich auch schon vorab Fragen und freue mich auf eure Anfragen.
The apartment is located in Chammünster, about 4 km from Cham. In the house live in the upper floor a family and another WG with currently three trainees and students.
The apartment itself is in the ground floor and was renovated in 2021. The shared kitchen (approx. 16 sqm) is new and fully equipped with plates, pots, microwave, kettle, etc. It also serves as a common room with tables, chairs and sofa. In addition there is a washing machine and dryer in the separate laundry room. A parking space in front of the house can be reserved if needed.
All rooms have a bed, shelves, desk, closet and each has its own access to the common terrace. The rooms are each equipped with their own shower and toilet.
Currently, room #1 can be rented from February 2025. The rent includes utilities and the deposit is two months rent. Internet is included in the rent. The minimum tenancy period is six months and the legally required notice period of three months before moving out applies.
