Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem sanierten Jugendstilhaus in Chemnitz-Bernsdorf und ist im dritten Stock gelegen mit einem sehr schönen Ausblick. Bitte bei Interesse einfach anrufen - wir informieren Sie dann ueber das aktuelle Angebot in unserem Haus. In unserem Haus sind sehr viele Studenten WGs, die fuer eine lockere und unkomplizierte Wohnatmosphaere sorgen. Das Zimmer hat zwei grosse Fenster und wirkt durch die hohen Decken und die grossen hohen Fenster sehr hell und freundlich. Lage: Die Uni ist schnell zu Fuss oder mit dem Rad erreichbar. Die Strassenbahnhaltestelle ist in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. WG-Leben: Schoene WG mit netten Bewohnern. Einfach anrufen und einen Termin vereinbaren! ;-)....
We are looking for two nice roommates in a 3 person flat share from now on. The room is in a renovated art nouveau house in Chemnitz-Bernsdorf and is located on the third floor with a very nice view. Please call us if you are interested - we will inform you about the current offer in our house. In our house there are a lot of students in shared flats, which provide a relaxed and uncomplicated living atmosphere. The room has two large windows and appears very bright and friendly because of the high ceilings and the large high windows. Location: The university can be reached quickly on foot or by bike. The tram stop can be reached in 3 minutes. WG-Life: Nice WG with nice residents. Just call and make an appointment! ;-)
Sehr zentral gelegen. Straßenbahnhaltestelle in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Uni auch fußläufig erreichbar.
