hi,
I am a 26 years old male looking forward to arrive in Chemnitz on 1st of October. I am going to enroll in the ICS course offered by TUC. As right now all dorms are full, I have a little chance of getting one. So I decided to rent a WG until I am offered a nice room in dormitories. I prefer 1 month lease or 6 months lease. I am athletic and my first concern is the nearness of my home to a nice modern gym. Being able to jog in a park in the mornings would be nice too.
I want the WG to be as close as to the university's main campus not more than 10 minutes walking.
I am not kind of person who would sit in his room all day. I love cooking and also would definitely try to communicate with my flatmates. Also not bad to mention nearness to a cinema would be an advantage. Please feel free to contact me by mail or phone. You could always reach me by mail on
