Das Zimmer ist 15 Quadratmeter groß, mit 3 Fenstern. Ich möchte mein möbliertes Zimmer verlassen.
Es ist u.a. mit einem Hochbett mit Matratze, einer Kommode, einem Kleiderschrank und einem Schreibtisch sowie einer Bananenpalme ausgestattet (wenn du die Pflanze nicht möchtest, kann ich sie auch mitnehmen oder du gibst sie einfach deinen neuen Mitbewohnis, die freuen sich auch^^). Über den Preis für einige Möbel können wir uns gerne unterhalten. Wenn du schon Möbel hast, kannst du meine ehemaligen einfach weiterverkaufen/verschenken.
Außerdem habe ich in meiner Zeit eine Wand hellblau gestrichen, das kannst du auf einem der Fotos sehen.
The room is 15 square meters with 3 windows. I would like to leave my furnished room.
It is furnished with a high-bed structure with a mattress, a dresser, a wardrobe and a desk as well as a banana palm (if you don't want any plants, I can take them with me or you can give them to your new flatmates, they will be happy^^). I would be happy to discuss the price of the furniture with you. If you already have furniture, you can simply resell/give away my previous ones.
In addition, I painted one wall light blue in my time, which you can see in one of the photos.
Die WG ist 5 Gehminuten von der Uni entfernt und 5 Min von der Innenstadt. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt in der Nähe vorhanden. Park- und Fahrradstellplätze gibt es vor der Haustür.
Our flat is situated 5 minutes away from the universities main campus in Cottbus, as well as the historic city centre. Public transport is close and necessities such as grocers are nearby.
Du würdest mit Mariia, Ksenia und Marcel zusammenleben, allesamt Studenten oder zukünftige Studierende. Mariia (22) studiert Umweltingenieurwesen (Bachelor), Ksenia (20) studiert Stadtplanung (Bachelor) und Marcel (22) beginnt im kommenden Semester sein Studium in Architektur (Bachelor).
Gern treffen wir uns zum Kochen oder auf ein Bierchen in der Küche und lassen gemeinsam den Abend im Herzstück der Wohnung – unserer gemütlichen Küche – ausklingen. Es kann auch mal vorkommen, dass Freund*innen zu Besuch kommen. Hier hast du deine Ruhe und nette Leute um dich. Du kannst dich in deinem Zimmer zurückziehen oder uns in der Küche treffen. Wir nehmen Rücksicht aufeinander :)
You would be living with Mariia, Ksenia and Marcel, all students or future students. Mariia (22) is studying Environmental Engineering (Bachelor), Ksenia (20) is studying Urban Planning (Bachelor) and Marcel (22) will start his studies in Architecture (Bachelor) in the upcoming semester.
We like to get together to cook or have a beer in the kitchen and end the evening together in the heart of the apartment - our cozy kitchen. Sometimes friends come to visit. Here you have peace and quiet and nice people around you. You can retreat to your room or meet us in the kitchen. We show consideration for each other:)
Das Zimmer ist ab dem ersten März frei, aber du kannst es dir auch schon vorher anschauen - entweder online oder persönlich.
Die Wohnung enthält alles, was man braucht - inklusive Backofen, Herd, neuer Spülmaschine, 2 Kühlschränken, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, einer neuen Waschmaschine und 2 Badezimmer (inklusive Badewanne).
Wir suchen auch jemanden, der in der Lage ist, in Zukunft Hauptmieter zu werden. Derzeit sind Mariia und Ksenia die Hauptmieterinnen, aber da Marcel und Mariia planen im Sommer/frühen Herbst auszuziehen, bräuchten wir noch jemanden, der mit Ksenia zusammen Hauptmieter/in sein kann.

The room is available from the first of March, viewing can be either online or in-person.
The flat comes with everything that's needed- including an oven, hob, new dishwasher, 2 fridges, coffee machine, microwave, a new laundry machine and 2 bathrooms (including a bathtub).
We are also looking for someone who will be willing to become the main tenant in the future. Currently Mariia and Ksenia are the main tenants, but as Marcel and Mariia are planning to move out in summer/early fall, we would need someone who can be the main tenant together with Ksenia.
