positive student(female, 27) searching for a flatshare from October.

Hello, my name is Seunghye Kang, and I recently moved to Cottbus from South Korea to study World Heritage Studies at Brandenburg University this semester. I am looking for a WG to live in from 09 October(I willing to pay full rent fee for October) to 31 March with some flexibility in the date if needed.

I am 27 years old female and non-smoker. I can speak English, currently learning German. I have experience living in a shared dormitory during my university years, which taught me how to live with consideration and respect for others. I enjoy socializing but also value personal space. I’m also used to maintaining cleanliness due to my work experience at a café, where high sanitation standards were essential.

I love walking around, travelling, coffee, visiting heritage sites. I like to have new experiences and learn new things. Therefore, although my main goal is focusing on my studies, I will try to be diligent and put exercising, cooking, and reading into my schedule. I guess I will be in a quite repetitive schedule due to my study.

Although I am a student, I have my savings and my parents’ support, so I can pay the rent. In the case of SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) , I don’t have a home yet, so it is impossible to issue it. Instead, I can send you my balance certificate. Please let me know if any other documents are needed.
