First of all, I apologize that some of the photos are low quality as they were taken by my roommate's phone 😅
This is a shared student flat in DACHAU.
Offer: A furnished shared room for rent for a limited period, from March 5th, 2025, to April 1st, 2025 (we may extend it until the end of April).
Location: Dachau
Living space: 16 m²
Rent: For April, it is 595€ (warm).

I am offering short-term accommodation in a 3-room shared flat in Dachau. The room is about 16m² and on the second floor. The house is located on Schleissheimerstr., and Dachau Bhf is a 7–8 minute walk away. Using the S-Bahn, the city center is reachable in 25 minutes. Also, one can reach the bus station in 5 minutes and take the X201 to Garching Campus in 35–40 minutes with ease.
The room is fully furnished, and the kitchen is fully equipped. You will have your own shelf in the fridge and plenty of storage space around the kitchen as well.
Cleanliness is very important to us.
The house is located very close to the train station on the main street. Dachau Bhf is only a 7–8 minute walk away. Nearby, there are also two bus stops:
-I.-Taschner-Gymnasium Bus Stop is only two minutes away, and you can take any bus to travel around Dachau.
-St.-Peter-Straße Bus Stop is five minutes away, and you can take the X201 to reach Garching Campus.
The closest supermarkets are Rewe (a 12-minute walk) and Edeka (an 8–9 minute walk). If you'd like, you can take a bus from I.-Taschner-Gymnasium and reach larger supermarkets in about 15 minutes.
You will have two flatmates who are master's students at TUM, like me. They are both male. Chances are, when we have an online call, you will meet them.
-Flatmate No. 1 – Berk: Berk (28, male) has been living in our house for the past two years and knows Dachau very well. He can help you discover the area. He is from Turkey and speaks Turkish and English fluently.
-Flatmate No. 2 – Muhammet: Muhammet (27, male) moved into our house last semester. He loves to cook and is very good at it. He is also from Turkey and speaks both English and Turkish.
