Ich gehe für 6 Monate ins Ausland und möchte mein 14m² großes Zimmer mit Balkon (perfekt zum Sonnenbaden) untervermieten. Eine Anmeldung ist leider nicht möglich.
Du wirst die Wohnung mit zwei freundlichen und ordentlichen deutschen Mitbewohnern teilen, beide studieren Informatik an der TU. Ich selbst bin auch eine Studentin an der TU.
Die Miete beträgt 460 Euro pro Monat und das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert. Es gibt eine einmalige Gebühr von 100 Euro für die Nutzung der Möbel und alle Nebenkosten (Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Bürostuhl, Kommode, Lampe, usw.). Zusätzlich gibt es eine Kaution von 600Euro, die du bei Auszug zurückbekommst.
Die Lage ist hervorragend, mit den Campus Stadtmitte und Lichtwiese in der Nähe. Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt neben dem Prinz-Emil-Garten und in der Nähe des Orangerie Parks und Bessungen.

I'm looking to sublet my 14m² room with a balcony (perfect for sunbathing) while I'm away on a 6-month exchange program.
So you have to know no Anmeldung possible.
You'll be sharing the flat with two friendly and tidy German male flatmates, both studying Computer Science at TU. I'm also a female TU student.
Its 460euro per month and full funished so you will pay 100euro for using funiture and whole utility (bed, wordrobe, desk, computer chair, drawer, lamp, etc) just at the beginning.
Also deposit is 600 which you can get it back when you move out.
The location is excellent, with both the Stadtmitte and Lichtwiese campuses nearby. The flat is situated next to Prinz-Emil-Garten and close to both Orangerie Park and Bessungen.
