2. I forward them to the landlords.
3. Landlords arrange a phone call.
4. Candidates will look at the flat with me.

I'm looking for a new tenant to replace me in this lovely little room.
Moving in date of 01.01.2025 is a suggestion.
I'll have to forward your application to the landlords, but as long as you are trustworthy you have good chances of getting the room.

The flat is right in the middle between the tram and bus stops of "Landskronstraße" and "Ludwigshöhstraße", offering fast connections to the city centre and central train station via the tram lines of 1,3,6,7,8.
For example: The tram no. 3 takes you to Darmstadt Schloss in 10min.
All daily necessities can be met via the supermarkets (REWE, Aldi Süd, dm) that are 7min by foot.
You'll be living in a calm and quiet neighborhood that's still close enough for everything you need!
We are a healthy mix of different backgrounds!
You'll be living together with 3 first year Bachelor students, 2 studying Computer Science and one studying psychology.
One flat mate is done with his Masters and working full time at an AI startup.
The flat life itself is rather calm and chill.
Sometimes we play cards together or just talk in the kitchen.
We have a "competitive" cleaning plan, in the sense that there are no fixed weeks but we're keeping score. So we're keeping it both flexible and transparent.

The rent includes heating, Internet connection, all furniture, usage of the cellar and the washing machine.
The rent is fixed in steps:
450 € until 01.01.2026
475 € until 01.01.2027
500€ until 01.01.2028
525€ from then on.
