Its a nice house of 3 floors. 2nd and 3rd floor are shared by a couple and two individuals (men). And now you are welcome to be part of this small group. The room is at the top floor which includes a bed, two writing tables, an almirah, a wardrobe, a shelf and a mobile rack for cloths. If anything else is needed the house owner will organize. No caution or security money is required.
The room has a big window which gives you a nice view of the surroundings, specially in the moonlit night. You will have flatmates; one masters, one PhD and two bachelor students.
Two wash rooms ,one of which includes a washing machine, bathtub, shower place, comod, urinal, 2 wash basins, shelves etc and the other one includes a comod, a basin and shelves.
A big common room which includes a section used as a living room, a dining space and a kitchen. The living room includes sofas and a TV in one corner. The kitchen includes dish washer, refrigerator, deep freezer, oven, store etc.
A big balcony is attached to the common space from where you can see the long big garden which belongs to the house. The garden also includes a small swimming pool and barbecue area.
This is a very quiet residential area. only 2 minutes walk to the bus stop or train station. Every 19 and 49 minutes S bahn goes towards Darmstadt which takes only 6 minutes to Darmstadt hauptbahnhof. and every 11 and 41 minutes a bus goes to Darmstadt via Arheilgen (tram) which takes only 23/24 minutes. 5 minutes walk to the supermarkt. Dönner kebap, bars are also available within surroundings.
Utility cost gets lower during summer. couple can easily stay. small family including husband and wife can apply for it.
