Man ist in ca 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt und mit dem Fahrrad in ca 15 Minuten.
Die Supermärkte Aldi, Rewe und dm sind auch nur
15 Minuten entfernt, wenn man läuft oder in einer Tram Station erreichbar.
Zudem ist die Orangerie nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und bietet einen schönen Ort zum entspannen

Unsere WG wird belebt von Andrea, Fabrizio und Francesca.
Ich (Vivian) ziehe aus und suche dementsprechend nach einem oder einer Nachmieterin zum 01.04.25.
Nun ein bisschen was zu uns:
Andrea ist 28 Jahre alt und arbeitet bei Eumestat. In seiner Freizeit verbringt er viel Zeit mit seinen Freund innen, geht gerne Bouldern, Tennis spielen oder geht gerne anderen Aktivitäten nach.
Francesca ist 27 Jahre alt und schreibt an der TU Darmstadt ihre Doktorarbeit in Maschinenbau. Sie singt im Chor, liest gerne Bücher und geht auch oft zusammen mit Andrea bouldern.
Fabrizio ist 24 Jahre alt und studiert an der HDA im Master Automobilentwicklung. Auch er ist eigentlich für jede Aktivität zu begeistern und backt gerne mal für die WG.
Als WG verbringen wir gerne Zeit zusammen zum Beispiel beim kochen oder bei einem Spieleabend in unserem Wohnzimmer. Aber auch gehen wir gerne mal in den Escape Room wenn sich die Zeit ergibt bei allen.

Hello,
Andrea, Fabrizio and Francesca are living into our shared flat.
I (Vivian) am moving out and am therefore looking for a new tenant from 01.04.24.
Now a little bit about us:
Andrea is 28 years old and works at Eumestat. In his free time he spends a lot of time with his friends, likes to go bouldering, play tennis or other activities.
Francesca is 27 years old and is doing her PhD in Mechanical engineering at TU Darmstadt. She sings in a choir, likes to read books and often goes bouldering together with Andrea.
Fabrizio is 24 years old and is studying for a Master's degree in Automotive Development at the HDA. He is also enthusiastic about any activity and he sometimes bakes for the WG.
As a flat share, we enjoy spending time together, for example cooking or with a game night in our living room. But we also like to go to escape rooms when we all have the time.
In unserer WG wird übrigens sowohl deutsch als auch englisch und italienisch gesprochen (wenn man das kann haha), da Andrea und Francesca nur englisch oder italienisch verstehen. Ein paar Deutsche Wörter sind aber schon in ihren Wortschätzen, sie freuen sich auch immer neue Wörter zu lernen oder uns auf Italienisch beizubringen.

Incidentally, we speak German, English and Italian in our flat share (if you can haha), as Andrea and Francesca only understand English or Italian. However, they already have a few German words in their vocabulary and are always happy to learn new words or teach us in Italian.
