da ich ab Ende Februar ein Auslandssemester mache, möchte ich gerne mein Zimmer bis Ende September zur Zwischenmiete freigeben.
Das Zimmer ist ca 25m^2 groß und hat eine hohe Decke. Das Zimmer ist möbliert und ich würde auch gerne für den Zeitraum die Möbel drin lassen. Aus dem Fenster hat man einen schönen Blick in den Garten, sieht die Abendsonne und kann sogar bis in die Pfalz schauen. Meldet euch.

as I will be spending a semester abroad from the end of February, I would like to offer my room for rent until the end of September.
The room is about 25m^2 and has a high ceiling. The room is furnished and I would like to leave the furniture in for the period. From the window you have a beautiful view of the garden, can see the evening sun.

Die WG ist perfekt angebunden. Zum Campus TU Lichtwiese sind es 5min mit dem Fahrrad und zur Stadtmitte sind es 10min.
Wer mit der Straßenbahn fahren möchte muss nur 5 min laufen und fährt zwei Haltestellen zur Lichtwiese und fünf Haltestellen zur Stadtmitte. Der nächste Supermarkt ist auch in 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Alles in allem ist die Lage top.
The flat is perfectly connected. It is 5 minutes by bike to the TU Lichtwiese campus and 10 minutes to the city center.
If you want to take the streetcar, you only have to walk 5 minutes and it takes two stops to Lichtwiese and five stops to the city center. The nearest supermarket can also be reached in 5 minutes by bike. All in all, the location is great.
Mit dir in der WG leben werden:
Caro: hat sowohl sozialwissenschaften als auch Informatik studiert und arbeitet mittlerweile in einem software-Unternehmen.
Christina: ist zur Untermiete bis Ende SoSe25 in der Wohnung und ist in den letzten Zügen ihres Masters für Lehramt in Mathe, Chemie und Sport.
Die WG sowie die Zimmer sind sehr groß. Meist ist es in der WG sehr ruhig und jeder geht seinem eigenen Alltag nach. Gelegentlich kommt es aber auch vor, dass man sich mal in der Küche trifft und zusammen was isst. Das wg Leben funktioniert meiner Meinung nach sehr gut. Es wird respektvoll und ordentlich miteinander umgegangen. Es gibt auch einen Putzplan der vorsieht, dass die gemeinschaftlichen Räume alle zwei Wochen geputzt werden.

The shared flat and the rooms are very large. It is usually very quiet in the shared flat and everyone goes about their daily lives. Occasionally, however, people meet in the kitchen and eat together. In my opinion, the shared flat life works very well. People treat each other respectfully and properly.
There is cleaning duty every two weeks to keep the commom areas clean.
Ihr werdet nicht als Untermieter von mir wohnen sondern werdet vom Bauverein (dem städtischen Immobiliendiesntleister) einen befristeten Vertrag bekommen und werdet somit immer einen direkten Draht zum Vermieter haben.
You will not be living as subtenants of mine but will be given a fixed-term contract by the Bauverein (the municipal real estate service provider) and will therefore always have a direct line to the landlord.
