The room is fully furnished. The furniture is new, it was replaced last year, last quarter of 2024.
You have all basics: a wardrobe, table, sofa, bed, lamp. It is spacious and during the day, luminous. You can work from home.
The flat is located in the city center in a quiet neighborhood and perfectly connected. It is 10 mins from the train station.
It is close to several supermarkets: Aldi, Tegut, Rewe, shops, restaurants and bus, tram stations. All in all, the location is great.
The flat is composed of 4 rooms, all occupied by women. Hence preference for a woman.
2 are students and one is in PostDoc.
We are all foreigners and understand german at different levels. We converse most of the time in english.
We work in pair. for the cleaning and try to keep the house tidy and organized. The cleaning is done at the end of the week.
It is usually very quiet in the shared flat and everyone goes about their daily lives. Occasionally, however, people meet in the kitchen. We treat each other respectfully.
There are additional fees such as the radio tax, internet, expenses for the flat that we share (between 15 and 25 euros per month)
